orthopedic-cushionsAn orthopedic pillow is a pillow designed to correct body position in bed or lying on any surface. Its design conforms to orthopedic guidelines to ensure proper placement and support of body parts to bring safety and health.

A cushion is generally made of foam and fiber; there are now other types, such as cushions, memory foam form, a material sensitive to heat, which can fit the shape of the body. It may or may not return immediately to its original shape when the body is no longer there.

The orthopedic pillows considered therapeutic based on the fact that they can help - by design - to improve various health problems like sleep apnea, snoring, insomnia, breathing difficulties, problems blood circulation, acid reflux, the gastroesophageal reflux, back pain, sciatica, sore neck, neck injury, torn rotator cuff, and other problems. Preparation is the key to DIY success
